Graduated from the University of South Australia with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

With over 40 years of service in the second-largest Chinese and Singaporean-owned bank, he held the positions of regional branch manager and branch head for more than 20 years, along with various other roles within the bank. He is a licensed Insurance Intermediary, a Registered Representative for Securities and Futures, and a certified Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) Intermediary.

He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Bankers and holds the following professional qualifications: Accredited Wealth Management Professional (ARWP), and Certified Credit Risk Professional (Credit Portfolio Management) (CCRP (CPM)).
He possesses extensive familiarity with trade finance businesses in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and overseas markets, with particular expertise in financing and investment for SMEs, corporations, and individuals.
